By opening our outlets for battery operated rickshaws in Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Assam, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh and Karnataka we’re targeting customers pan India. In late 2019 KSL entered into a Joint Venture with Huaihai Holding Group. Huaihai is the largest manufacturer of electric mini vehicle, having more than 7 manufacturing establishments and exporting to more than 80 countries in the world. The Group is a leading enterprise and ranked amongst the top 500 Chinese Private Enterprises in China in the field of electric mini vehicles such as Electric rickshaw, Electric Auto, Electric scooter etc. The cumulative production and sales volume of small vehicles is 15 million with industrial bases in Xuzhou, Tianjin, Chongqing and abroad, in total 15 subsidiaries.
The company has 5 major business ranges covering mini-vehicle, electric auto, core components, oversea bases, financial services with two vehicle company brands Zongshen & Huaihai. The company is also manufacturing all core components, spare parts in their own factory. Its annual Income will be over 20 Billion RMB. It has ready exported products to more than 75 countries and regions covering East Asia, Southeast Asia, and South America. Huaihai achieve target of 5 million annual outputs and 50 billion values in 2020.
KSL Cleantech Limited is one of the pioneers of renewable energy, electric vehicles in India. It has executed more than 5000 solar installations across the country and has been renowned partner of MNRE. KSL has one of the largest sales/installation networks backed by an experienced team of design and integration experts. Also, recently the company has launched its own electric bicycle with the British bi-cycle brand GoZero Mobility in India.
Together, Huaihai – KSL prides its wide range of electric mini – vehicle products. The JV intends to set up an integrated manufacturing plant for electric rickshaws, electric scooter etc. In the future company also intends to explore the electric four wheelers for Indian market which Huaihai has recently developed. The company also wants to build vast dealership network through which it will provide company’s sales & marketing support in India.

Mr Bhagchandka, a Director in our company has been the driving force behind the Company, especially in areas of business development, expansion, operations, strategic planning and execution. After completing his Bachelor’s Degree from the United Kingdom he has associated with the company.
